As of June 17, 2019, more than $664 million have been shelled out to former players of the National Football League. Twenty-thousand people have signed up for the litigation. Nearly 10,000 people have attended their BAP appointments. The League's settlement money is diminishing and the projections have surpassed their five year expectations. What happens if the money runs out? Well, my sources tell me that the league may provide up to $300 million more in an additional fund to extend the $1 Billion settlement. This money was supposed to last for 10 years.
